1.To use the Smart Reminder function in the app, make sure to turn on the reminder switch and sync the hand ring. Also, make sure that your iOS device is set up for Bluetooth pairing.
2.Keep a stable Bluetooth connection with the hand ring to receive current time information and call notifications. Messages received before connecting Bluetooth won’t be pushed to the hand ring.
3.If you set Micro-letter to “message-free” mode, you won’t receive any reminders on the hand ring. 4.On your iPhone with iOS 13 or above, go to [Settings] > [Bluetooth] > click the “i” symbol next to the device in [My Devices] > enable [Share System Notification].

1.You can use the step counting, sleep tracking, and alarm clock functions of the hand ring without connecting it to your phone. After exercising with just the hand ring, you can sync the data with the app on your phone.
2.The alarm clock function is set in the Veryfit app and does not require a continuous Bluetooth connection to your phone.
3.To receive call notifications and locate the hand ring, keep your phone’s Bluetooth turned on and maintain a stable connection.

The accuracy of heart rate measurements can be affected by factors such as incomplete fit, arm movement, and wearing the hand ring too tightly. To measure heart rate accurately, wear the hand ring correctly, relax, and remain still. Additionally, individual differences in skin color, hair, tattoos, and scars may also affect the accuracy of heart rate measurements.

The hand ring will vibrate and notify you of an incoming call 3 seconds after a call reminder is set up. However, you can customize the call reminder time in the Veryfit app according to your individual needs.

To charge the hand ring, remove it from the wrist strap and plug it into a USB port, being careful not to insert it the wrong way around. The charging progress can be seen by sliding the screen, but the screen won’t stay on during the charging process to conserve power. Under normal circumstances, it takes 1-2 hours to fully charge the hand ring. The standby time of the hand ring is about 35 days, and normal use lasts about 7 days. Note that enabling the automatic heart rate detection feature and vibration notifications can consume more power and affect the battery life of the hand ring.

To use the hand ring to remotely take photos, keep the hand ring connected to your phone via Bluetooth. Also, make sure to grant permission to the Veryfit app to access your phone’s camera. Once connected, simply raise your wrist and press the button on the hand ring to take a photo.

Payment & Order

Overall, orders for available products are processed within 1-2 business days.

UDFINE store accepts payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

1. The country or region you are ordering from is not serviced by UDFINE products.
2. Your order is identified as high risk by our fraud analysis tool. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm if the order was placed by you. If we do not receive a reply within 7 business days, the order will be canceled and refunded. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at service@udfinefit.com.

Udfine only charges for their products and not for any taxes. Tax policies and tax rates vary by country and region, so it’s best to contact your local customs office to learn more about any applicable taxes. Please note that if a package cannot be dispatched or is returned due to the buyer not cooperating with customs or failing to pay customs duties, a refund will not be supported. In addition, Udfine collects VAT on sales of goods delivered to consumers located in the European Union (EU).

If you’re not satisfied with the color or size, you may cancel the order before it ships and place a new order. However, once the product is en route, we cannot make any changes to the shipment.

If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing, please contact our customer support team at service@udfinefit.com and provide photo evidence of your claim. We will review and process your claim within 5 business days.

Shipping & Refund

The majority of UDFINE's orders are shipped from our Shanghai, Huizhou and Dongguan manufacturing bases as well as our Hong Kong and Shenzhen warehouses.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email containing your order information and the tracking number of the parcel. To track your order, visit the links below depending on the courier used:

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country or region and can take anywhere from 7 to 35 business days. For more information on shipping times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

At Udfine, we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives as close as possible to the date you have selected. However, due to various factors involved in creating and shipping an order, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. If your shipment has not arrived within 35 days, please contact us to inform us of the delay.

Please make sure to double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact Customer Support (service@udfinefit.com) as soon as possible before the product has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it may not be possible to change the shipping address.
